What Springfield concrete tends to need
The spread of housing ages here is wider than anywhere else we work. Sixteen Acres and East Forest Park are largely postwar with attached garages on decent slabs. Older neighbourhoods bring detached garages and basements with concrete that predates most modern practice, along with more previous coatings to remove.
