What Agawam concrete tends to need
Agawam is heavily postwar suburban: ranches, capes and split levels, most with attached one or two car garages on slabs now sixty or seventy years old. Concrete of that age is usually sound but almost always shows surface wear, and it is the most common candidate for a straightforward grind and coat.
