About
A local team that is specific about preparation.
We grind every slab, publish the price, turn up on the day we said, and put the warranty in writing. That is the whole pitch, and every part of it is something you can check.

How we work
Almost nobody in this trade publishes a price. We do, because the alternative costs everyone an hour to discover we were never in the same range. The figure on this site is the figure we work from.
Once we have measured your floor, the quote is fixed. It does not grow because something turned up under an old coating, and there are no charges you find out about at the end. If the scope genuinely changes, we stop and talk to you before doing anything.
You get a date rather than a window, and we call you if anything moves before you have cleared the garage out. Most jobs are finished in the single day we booked, and the floor is back in use that evening.
Almost everybody claims their floor will not peel. Peeling is a preparation problem, so rather than claim it we tell you exactly what we do to the slab first. Ask any other contractor the same question and compare the answers.
What you can hold us to
The price does not move
The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. No change orders halfway through, no discovery fees, nothing added after the grinder is running. If the scope genuinely changes we stop and talk to you first.
Nothing is hidden in the rate
Grinding, crack and spall repair, flake to full refusal and two topcoats are all inside the per foot price. The handful of things that are genuinely extra appear as line items you can read.
We turn up on the day we said
You get a date, not a window and not a maybe. If weather or a job ahead of you moves something, you hear it from us before you have cleared the garage out.
One day, and the garage is yours again
Most two car garages are done start to finish in a single day. Walk on it that evening, park on it in 24 to 48 hours. You are not living around a half finished floor for a week.
The prep is not negotiable
Every slab is diamond ground back to open concrete, edges included. It is the slowest and dirtiest part of the job and the only thing that decides whether the floor is still bonded in ten years.
It is on paper
Fifteen year written warranty, licensed and insured in Massachusetts, certificate on request. A promise you cannot read is not a warranty.
The gorilla is on the truck because the floor is meant to be hard to break.
That is the whole idea. A slab ground properly and built back up in five layers will outlast the car parked on it, and we would rather explain how than hand you a brochure.

Send a photo of your floor.
You get a real number back, not a range and not a starting at.
$7 to $10 per square foot installed · 15 year written warranty
