What South Windsor concrete tends to need
Slabs poured from the seventies onward, under attached two and three car garages, mostly with a vapor barrier under them and mostly still flat. That is the easiest concrete we see. It usually means less repair time, which puts these floors near the bottom of the price range rather than the top.
