Concrete floor coating in Feeding Hills
Feeding Hills is the western half of Agawam. It is not a separate town, it has no separate town hall, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It does have its own ZIP code, 01030, its own village center at the junction of Springfield Street and North Westfield Street, and its own name, which is the one people here actually use when they say where they live.

What Feeding Hills concrete tends to need
The difference from the Agawam side of town is real and it matters for concrete. Feeding Hills is the open half: larger lots, subdivisions built out along South Westfield Street from the seventies onward, and older farmhouses with detached barns still standing behind them. That mix means we see modern attached three car slabs in good condition and unheated outbuilding floors from another era in the same week, and they are not the same job.
Everything on our Agawam page applies here, because it is the same town, the same crew and the same price. This page exists because people search for the name they use, and because the western half of Agawam genuinely has different building stock from the streets near the river.
Every floor here gets the same build
Diamond grinding back to open concrete, crack and spall repair, a polyurea basecoat, flake broadcast to full refusal, then two polyaspartic topcoats. 30 to 40 mils over your slab, with a 15 year written warranty.
