Privacy policy
Short, because we collect very little. This describes what actually happens when you contact us, not what a template says.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect the name, phone number and town you enter, an email address if you choose to give one, whatever you tell us about the floor, and any photographs you attach.
When you call us we keep whatever you tell us on the phone, in the same way any contractor keeps a note of an enquiry.
The website itself is served as static pages. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third party trackers on it.
Why we collect it
To quote your floor and to arrange the work. That is the whole purpose. We need a phone number to call you back and a town to know whether we cover you.
Photographs you send are used to understand the condition of the slab before we visit. We may use a photograph of finished work on this website or on social media, but only work we have actually carried out for you, and only if you have agreed to it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to lead brokers, marketing companies or anybody else who wants to sell you something.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote. One call back, and that is it unless you ask us for more.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to twelve months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, then deleted.
Records of completed work are kept for as long as the warranty runs, plus whatever period Massachusetts law requires for business and tax records, because a warranty claim needs a record of the job behind it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email and we will deal with it. If deleting it would end a live warranty, we will tell you that before we do it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. We keep what we collect to the minimum the job needs, which is the most effective protection available to a company this size.
