How it goes

One day, five steps, and no surprises on the invoice.

The order matters. Every failure we get called out to fix skipped one of the first two steps.

Crew grinding a garage slab with a dust extractor running
  1. 01

    Free on site quote

We measure the slab, check moisture, and look at the cracks and the joints. You get a fixed price in writing. No sales theatre and no discount that expires tonight.

  2. 02

    Diamond grinding

The whole slab goes back to open concrete with metal bond diamonds, edges included, under dust extraction. This is the step a cheap quote leaves out and the reason cheap floors peel.

  3. 03

    Crack and spall repair

Cracks get chased out into a V and filled with polyurea, pits get filled, and every repair is ground flat so the finished floor reads as one surface.

  4. 04

    Basecoat and flake broadcast

Polyurea basecoat goes down, then flake is thrown into it until the floor will not take any more. Full refusal, so no basecoat shows anywhere.

  5. 05

    Scrape, vacuum, two topcoats

Loose flake comes off and two polyaspartic topcoats lock in the rest. Walk on it that evening, park on it in 24 to 48 hours depending on temperature.

What the day actually looks like

We arrive early and the garage needs to be empty. Grinding runs with dust extraction, so the mess stays in the machine rather than in the house. Repairs go in, the basecoat goes down, flake gets broadcast, and by mid afternoon we are scraping and vacuuming.

Two topcoats finish the day. You can walk on it that evening. Cars go back on in 24 to 48 hours depending on the temperature, and we tell you which before we leave.
