What Belchertown concrete tends to need
Newer construction means newer concrete: attached two and three car garages poured from the eighties onward, generally over a vapor barrier and generally still flat. That is the least demanding slab we see, and less repair time means these floors tend to land at the bottom of our price range rather than the top. The exception is the rural end of town, where older properties come with barns and outbuildings on much older concrete.
